Before you begin any RISE program, this guided intake helps us understand your story, needs, goals, and support level. After completion, a facilitator or administrator reviews your responses and helps place you into the right program pathway.

RISE: FORWARD 

The Flagship Reentry Program

RISE Forward is a 12-week reentry & restoration program for individuals rebuilding after incarceration, addiction, instability, or major life disruption. Participants move through structured reflection, accountability, life skills, faith connection, and practical tools for long-term change.

RISE: INSIDE 

Preparation Begins Before Release

RISE Inside supports individuals who are still incarcerated or preparing for release. The program helps participants build mindset, accountability, emotional awareness, identity, and forward planning before returning home or entering the next stage of restoration.

RISE: ROOTS, UNDERNEATH THE RUBBLE

Identity and Healing

RISE Roots is a deep identity restoration program that helps participants examine what shaped them, what survival required of them, and what still remains beneath pain, labels, trauma, and rubble. The goal is healing, truth, purpose, and rebuilding from the roots.

This course helps participants understand how harm moves beyond one moment and affects victims, families, communities, and systems. It guides learners through accountability, empathy, reflection, responsibility, and the wider impact of choices on others.

Financial Literacy and Economic Empowerment

RISE From Survival to Stability helps participants move from survival-based decisions into stable, responsible, and planned living. The program covers budgeting, banking, debt management, income planning, financial choices, and practical steps toward long-term stability.

The Construction Career Training Program prepares participants for construction and skilled-trade opportunities. It combines work ethic, discipline, communication, accountability, job readiness, financial responsibility, safety awareness, technical exposure, and career preparation for long-term employment.

Youth prevention and early intervention

RISE Youth helps young people understand trauma, triggers, identity, choices, peer pressure, emotional control, accountability, leadership, purpose, and future direction. The program supports early intervention by helping youth recognize patterns and begin changing them.

This simulation helps learners understand the pressure, barriers, responsibilities, and decisions people face during the first 30 days after release. It is designed to build empathy, awareness, preparation, and practical understanding of the reentry experience.

The RISE Campus works with approved facilitators and program leaders who are committed to supporting transformation, accountability, restoration, and successful reentry.


Approved facilitators receive access to protected implementation materials, facilitator guidance, assessments, session resources, and program support tools based on their assigned role.


Facilitator access is not automatic. All applicants must complete the facilitator application and receive approval from the RISE Campus administration before accessing protected resources or participant programs.
