1. Introduction

Welcome to The RISE Campus, a Christ-centered digital restoration, reentry, workforce development, youth prevention, and facilitator training platform operated by Prison 2 Praise Ministries.

By creating an account, submitting an application, accessing course materials, participating in a program, completing an intake form, viewing content, or using The RISE Campus in any way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not create an account, submit information, or use The RISE Campus.

2. Purpose of The RISE Campus

The RISE Campus exists to provide structured educational, restorative, reentry, prevention, workforce development, accountability, and personal growth resources. Programs may include, but are not limited to:

  • RISE Forward
  • RISE Inside
  • RISE: Roots, Underneath the Rubble
  • RISE: The Ripple Effects of Harm
  • RISE: From Survival to Stability
  • RISE Youth
  • RISE Construction Career Training Program
  • RISE Reentry Simulation
  • Facilitator and administrative training resources

The RISE Campus is designed to support participants through education, reflection, practical tools, spiritual encouragement, accountability, and structured program pathways.

The RISE Campus is not a substitute for emergency services, legal advice, medical care, mental health treatment, licensed counseling, crisis intervention, probation supervision, court orders, or professional case management unless specifically provided through an approved partner or licensed professional.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

Access to The RISE Campus may be available to approved participants, facilitators, partner organizations, agencies, churches, correctional partners, schools, youth-serving organizations, workforce partners, and authorized administrators.

Creating an account, submitting an application, completing an intake form, or requesting access does not guarantee enrollment, placement, approval, services, partnership status, facilitator approval, or access to any specific program.

Prison 2 Praise Ministries reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke access to The RISE Campus at its discretion, especially when necessary to protect participants, staff, facilitators, minors, survivors, partners, program integrity, or the mission of the ministry.

4. Participant Application and Program Placement

The RISE Campus uses an intake and application process to help determine which program pathway may be appropriate for each participant.

Participants may be asked to provide information about their goals, background, needs, referral source, current situation, technology access, readiness, support needs, and other relevant information.

This information helps Prison 2 Praise Ministries, facilitators, administrators, or approved partners make placement decisions.

Program placement may be based on several factors, including participant needs, age, referral source, custody or reentry status, program availability, safety considerations, facilitator availability, organizational partnerships, and the appropriateness of the program pathway.

Submission of an intake form or application does not guarantee placement into a specific program.

5. Youth Participants and Minors

The RISE Campus may include youth programming, including RISE Youth and related assessment or prevention tools.

Minors may not participate independently without appropriate parent, guardian, referring agency, school, court, ministry, or approved organizational involvement.

By submitting information for a minor or allowing a minor to participate, the parent, guardian, referring agency, or approved organization confirms that they have the authority to provide information and consent to participation.

Prison 2 Praise Ministries may require additional forms, permissions, safeguards, or review before allowing a minor to participate in any youth-related program.

The safety and protection of minors is a priority. Prison 2 Praise Ministries reserves the right to report safety concerns, abuse, neglect, threats of harm, or other mandatory reporting concerns to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.

6. Confidentiality and Limited Access

Prison 2 Praise Ministries values confidentiality, dignity, and trust. Information shared through The RISE Campus is treated with care and is not made public.

Participant information is only reviewed by authorized individuals who have a legitimate program-related reason to access it. This may include Prison 2 Praise Ministries staff, approved facilitators, administrators, or approved partner representatives directly involved in intake, placement, program support, safety, evaluation, or service delivery.

Access is limited to what is necessary for the person’s role. Not every staff member, facilitator, partner, or administrator has access to every participant’s information.

The purpose of reviewing participant information is to support appropriate placement, provide program guidance, protect safety, document participation, and improve program delivery.

There are limits to confidentiality when safety, legal, or mandatory reporting concerns are involved. Information may need to be shared or reported when there are concerns involving:

  • Threats of harm to self or others
  • Abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult
  • Safety concerns involving participants, staff, facilitators, or partners
  • Court, probation, parole, correctional, or legal requirements
  • Mandatory reporting obligations
  • Suspected misuse of the platform
  • Serious violations of program expectations or platform security

Participants should not use The RISE Campus as an emergency communication system. If there is an immediate emergency, participants should call 911 or local emergency services.

7. Emergency, Crisis, Legal, Medical, and Mental Health Disclaimer

The RISE Campus is not an emergency service, crisis hotline, suicide prevention service, domestic violence response service, legal service, medical provider, or licensed mental health provider.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, considering harming yourself or someone else, or facing an urgent crisis, call 911 or contact local emergency services immediately.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 in the United States for crisis support.

If you need legal, medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice, you should contact a qualified professional.

The RISE Campus may provide educational, spiritual, restorative, and practical support, but it does not replace professional services.

8. User Responsibilities

By using The RISE Campus, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information
  • Use the platform respectfully
  • Protect your login information
  • Complete assigned work with integrity
  • Follow program instructions and participant expectations
  • Respect facilitators, participants, staff, and partners
  • Avoid harassment, threats, abusive language, or disruptive behavior
  • Avoid sharing private information about other participants
  • Avoid uploading harmful, illegal, threatening, or inappropriate content
  • Avoid copying, distributing, selling, or misusing program materials

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support@prison2praise.org.

9. Facilitator and Partner Access

Facilitators, facilitator trainees, partner organizations, and administrators may receive access to protected materials, training resources, manuals, assessments, participant resources, implementation guidance, or other restricted content.

Access to facilitator materials does not automatically authorize a person to lead a RISE program.

All facilitators must complete required training and receive approval from Prison 2 Praise Ministries before delivering any RISE program.

Partner organizations, agencies, churches, schools, correctional partners, and community partners must communicate directly with Prison 2 Praise Ministries before requesting, selecting, purchasing, or implementing a program package.

10. Payments, Partner Packages, and Refunds

Access to certain RISE Campus programs, services, partner packages, facilitator training, organizational implementation, or group enrollment options may require prior approval, a written agreement, payment, or other arrangement with Prison 2 Praise Ministries.

The RISE Campus is not intended to function as an unrestricted public marketplace where individuals or organizations may select packages without first communicating with Prison 2 Praise Ministries.

Organizations, agencies, churches, schools, correctional partners, youth-serving organizations, workforce partners, and community partners should contact Prison 2 Praise Ministries directly before selecting or requesting a package.

Submitting an application, inquiry, intake form, registration form, or payment request does not guarantee acceptance, placement, program access, partnership approval, facilitator approval, or service delivery.

Any fees, payments, donations, partner packages, training costs, or implementation arrangements are subject to the terms provided by Prison 2 Praise Ministries at the time of approval.

Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed case by case based on the written agreement, services already provided, digital access already granted, administrative work completed, preparation time, partner onboarding, and the specific circumstances of the request.

Donations made to Prison 2 Praise Ministries may be treated differently than program fees or service payments and may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by Prison 2 Praise Ministries.

11. Digital Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, lessons, workbooks, facilitator manuals, assessments, worksheets, assignments, graphics, program names, curriculum materials, training resources, and related content on The RISE Campus are owned by or licensed to Prison 2 Praise Ministries unless otherwise stated.

Users may access materials only for their approved personal, educational, program, facilitator, or organizational use.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, share, modify, create derivative works from, or use The RISE Campus materials outside the approved program setting without written permission from Prison 2 Praise Ministries.

Unauthorized use of program materials may result in removal from the platform, termination of access, or other appropriate action.

12. Technology and Platform Access

The RISE Campus may be hosted through third-party technology platforms, including online learning platforms, video tools, form systems, communication tools, and related digital services.

Prison 2 Praise Ministries will make reasonable efforts to keep The RISE Campus available and functional, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

There may be times when the platform is unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, internet problems, third-party service disruptions, updates, or events beyond the control of Prison 2 Praise Ministries.

Users are responsible for having appropriate internet access, devices, and basic technology needed to use the platform.

13. Program Outcomes and No Guarantee

Prison 2 Praise Ministries is committed to providing meaningful, structured, Christ-centered, and practical program resources.

However, participation in The RISE Campus does not guarantee employment, housing, legal outcomes, release decisions, court outcomes, probation outcomes, financial results, certification approval, relationship repair, personal transformation, or any specific result.

Participant outcomes depend on many factors, including individual effort, attendance, honesty, consistency, outside circumstances, partner availability, legal requirements, employment markets, and support systems.

14. Conduct and Removal

Prison 2 Praise Ministries may suspend or remove a participant, facilitator, partner, or user from The RISE Campus for conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions, threatens safety, disrupts programming, misuses materials, compromises confidentiality, violates program expectations, or harms the integrity of the platform.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment or threats
  • Abusive or discriminatory behavior
  • Sharing another person’s private information
  • Misuse of facilitator materials
  • False information
  • Unauthorized sharing of login credentials
  • Disruptive conduct

Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services they choose to use.
